1. Lead and coach a team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, embodying the brand's attitudes.
2. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring robust succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
3. Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.

5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
6. Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
8. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
9. Serve as the store's point of reference for the Country Merchandising team, offering feedback on product performance and market trends.
10. Demonstrate sales leadership, supporting team sales efforts and fostering cross-selling.
11. Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
12. Ensure efficient sales floor management and adherence to Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
13. Communicate and implement brand standards and grooming guidelines.
14. Support inventory management operations.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
