1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve business and team performance goals.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and ensure exceptional client experiences.

4. Provide consistent coaching and identify development needs for team members.
5. Create and implement action plans to boost business and product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.

3. Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and client satisfaction.

Salary range of USD$100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
