1. Lead and mentor a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
2. Collaborate with the Store Director to drive business and team performance.
3. Develop and implement action plans to enhance product performance through visual merchandising and clienteling.
4. Provide consistent coaching and identify development and training needs for team members.
5. Manage selling and floor operations to achieve sales goals.
6. Foster client and business development initiatives.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
3. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury market.

The appointed candidate will receive a salary ranging from USD $110,000 to $115,000 annually, with potential for a bonus.
