1. Proactively support the Store Manager in daily operations.
2. Drive performance through KPI management and continuous optimization.
3. Act as an ambassador for a specific product category, instilling enthusiasm and passion.
4. Oversee the product category business, defining and implementing action plans.
5. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying potential in collaboration with the Store Manager and HR.
6. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor.
7. Assist in organizing customer events.
8. Lead, plan, and develop staff using various personnel development tools.
9. Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
10. Impart product knowledge and convey Louis Vuitton's values, in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.

1. Completed degree or equivalent educational background.
2. Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership exposure.
3. Strong affinity for luxury product sales and high service orientation.
4. Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
5. Outstanding analytical skills and a performance-driven work ethic.
6. Enjoy working in a team and striving for new goals together.
7. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
