1. Provide proactive support to the Store Manager.
2. Manage and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) within the designated area.
3. Act as an ambassador for a specific product category, driving enthusiasm and passion.
4. Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, identifying potential for growth in collaboration with the Store Manager and Human Resources.
5. Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through regular presence on the sales floor, embodying professionalism and customer-centricity.
6. Assist in organizing customer events.
7. Lead, plan, and develop team members using various personnel development tools.
8. Regularly report and provide commercial information to the Store Manager and/or Head Office.
9. Impart product knowledge and convey the values of Louis Vuitton, in collaboration with the Field Coach Trainer.

1. Successful completion of a degree or comparable educational background.
2. Several years of professional experience, ideally with initial leadership experience.
3. Strong affinity for selling luxury products and high service orientation.
4. Excellent entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, coupled with a pragmatic approach.
5. Outstanding analytical skills and a performance- and results-oriented work style.
6. Enjoyment of teamwork and striving for new goals together.
7. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably with initial leadership exposure.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
