1. Inspire and establish a clienteling culture within the store, aligning with commercial priorities to achieve sales targets.
2. Drive clienteling targets, including appointments, share of turnover, and repurchase rates.
3. Actively recruit new clients and engage existing clientele through strategic initiatives.
4. Support team members in fostering long-term client relationships using available tools.
5. Monitor and analyze client purchasing behaviors in collaboration with headquarters and store management.
6. Collaborate with Retail Performance and Training teams for data management and client profile optimization.
7. Assist the store with MY CR Requests.
8. Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management and presence.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in cross-selling efforts.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or clienteling roles.
