Louis Vuitton Team Manager - Clienteling

- Inspire and establish a clienteling culture within the store, aligning with commercial priorities to achieve sales targets.
- Drive clienteling targets, including appointments, share of turnover, and repurchase rates.
- Actively recruit new clients and engage existing clientele through strategic initiatives.
- Support team members in fostering long-term client relationships using available tools.
- Monitor and analyze client purchasing behaviors in collaboration with headquarters and store management.
- Collaborate with Retail Performance and Training teams for data management and client profile optimization.
- Assist the store with MY CR Requests.
- Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management and presence.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support team members in cross-selling efforts.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or clienteling roles.
- Understanding of user and consumer experience to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Strong communication and listening skills.

- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
