1. Inspire and establish a clienteling culture within the store, prioritizing clienteling as a key business driver.
2. Achieve clienteling targets, including appointments, share of OTO turnover, and repurchase rates.
3. Actively recruit new clients and manage re-engagement programs.
4. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using available tools.
5. Monitor and analyze client purchase behaviors in collaboration with HQ and Store Management.
6. Collaborate with Retail Performance and Training teams on data cleaning and client profile management.
7. Support the store with MY CR Requests.
8. Maximize business opportunities through effective sales floor management.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership and foster cross-selling among the team.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
