4. Act as an escalation point for complaints and complex cases, ensuring timely resolution.
5. Drive launches, campaigns, and initiatives to boost sales, client recruitment, and retention.
6. Collaborate with Senior Manager CSC to design strategies that elevate digital and service standards.
7. Conduct QA audit calls and provide documented feedback to Client Advisors.
8. Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of support, growth, and results.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in managing client services teams.
