- Manage and support a team of Client Advisors handling all client interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Lead the team to achieve qualitative and quantitative KPIs and clienteling activities.
- Maintain a positive and consistent presence, empowering Client Advisors to deliver a world-class experience.
- Set individual and team goals, assess and manage performance against expectations.
- Provide consistent coaching, establish accountability, and identify development and training needs.
- Stay updated on brand and product knowledge, participating in all relevant training and initiatives.
- Minimum 6+ years in a similar role leading others, preferably in a client-centric environment such as retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Proven track record in developing highly successful teams.
- Strong business intuition and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and use various systems simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic demeanor.
Minimum 6+ years in a similar role leading others, preferably in a client-centric environment such as retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality.
BA/BS degree preferred.
