- Manage and provide day-to-day support for Client Advisors handling client interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Lead and support a team to achieve metrics and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Define and implement action plans to attain qualitative and quantitative KPIs.
- Maintain a positive presence and empower Client Advisors to embody Louis Vuitton's brand values.
- Set individual and team goals, assess performance, and provide consistent coaching.
- Master brand and product knowledge and stay updated on company initiatives.
- Minimum 6+ years in a similar leadership role, preferably in a client-centric environment such as retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Proven track record in developing successful teams.
- Strong business intuition and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
