- Lead and coach a team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, embodying the brand's values and attitudes.
- Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for a highly motivated team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.

- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.

- Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Manage the sales floor efficiently to maximize business opportunities.
- Act as a reference for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and support inventory management and workforce planning.
