1. Lead and coach a team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, embodying the brand's values and attitudes.
2. Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for a highly motivated team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
3. Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.
4. Foster a positive work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with management.
5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
6. Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
8. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the UKISAF support office based on local market knowledge.
9. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
10. Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling and client repurchase.
11. Manage the sales floor efficiently to maximize business opportunities.
12. Act as a reference for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.
13. Ensure compliance with brand standards and support inventory management and workforce planning.
