1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve business and sales goals.

3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business performance.
4. Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
5. Provide coaching and identify development needs for team members.
6. Create and implement action plans to boost business and product performance.
7. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.

Salary range of USD$115,000 - $120,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
