1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
3. Develop and implement action plans to enhance product performance and client engagement.
4. Ensure consistent coaching and identify development needs for team members.
5. Manage operations, including selling and floor management, to optimize efficiency.

1. Proven track record in team management and development.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury market, preferably within the retail sector.
3. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

1. Excellent communication and client relationship management.
2. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
3. Proficiency in visual merchandising and clienteling.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Salary range of USD $115,000 - $120,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
