1. Ensure the achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis.
2. Manage and develop the team, ensuring delivery of the Louis Vuitton promise to every client.
3. Provide consistent coaching and identify development and training needs, partnering with the Field Coach Trainer.
4. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools.
5. Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience and handle client-related situations proactively.
6. Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information.
7. Provide the country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge.
8. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales, and foster cross-selling and client repurchase.
10. Build and develop a client portfolio.
11. Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management.

1. Minimum 5 years of specialty retail experience with team management.
2. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

2. Effective communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
3. Self-starter with dependability, punctuality, and flexibility.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
5. Computer literacy.
6. Fashion-forward mindset with a passion for the fashion/luxury industry.
7. Team player.
8. Ability to adapt to changing company needs.

Minimum of 5 years in specialty retail with team management experience.

Bachelor's degree is a plus.
