- Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve commercial success while ensuring exceptional client experience.
- Identify training needs and ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team members’ growth and success.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store’s product offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
- Oversee the team’s dedicated product assortment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product presentation.
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other Team Managers, Department Managers, and the visual merchandising teams to optimize store layout and product placement.
- Monitor client feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance client satisfaction.
- Oversee operational processes, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail sector with a demonstrative track record in sales, leadership, and management skills.
- Strong knowledge and genuine appreciation of luxury products and clients.
- Proficiency in Turkish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
