1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Develop and implement action plans to enhance business and product performance.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team success.
4. Ensure outstanding client service and satisfaction.
5. Identify and address training and development needs for team members.
6. Oversee selling and floor management operations.
7. Foster client and business development initiatives.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector.
2. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the luxury market.
3. Proven leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

Annual salary range of USD $110,000 - $115,000, with potential for bonuses.
