1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
4. Develop and implement action plans to boost business and enhance product performance.
5. Ensure the team delivers outstanding client service consistently.
6. Provide coaching and identify training needs for team development.
7. Manage selling and floor operations to optimize client interactions.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record of people leadership and team development.
3. Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of the luxury market.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The position offers a salary range of USD $110,000 - $115,000 annually, with potential for bonuses.
