1. Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client experiences.
2. Represent and embody the brand values and attitudes towards clients and team members.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive business and team performance.
4. Develop and implement action plans to enhance product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
5. Ensure consistent coaching and identify development and training needs for team and individual goals.
6. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.

Salary range of USD $110,000 - $115,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
