1. Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through consistent coaching and modeling of the brand's attitudes.
3. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.

6. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to inspire the team.
7. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
8. Implement action plans to enhance business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
9. Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling and client repurchase.
10. Manage sales floor efficiently to maximize business opportunities and uphold Louis Vuitton standards.
11. Ensure communication and implementation of policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
12. Support inventory management and workforce planning.
