- Lead and coach the team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through consistent coaching and modeling of the brand's attitudes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.
- Foster a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences and handle client-related situations proactively.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to inspire the team.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
- Implement action plans to enhance business and product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
- Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales efforts, and foster cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Manage sales floor efficiently to maximize business opportunities and uphold Louis Vuitton standards.
- Ensure communication and implementation of policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support inventory management and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and retain talent.
- Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve business goals.
