- Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, modeling the brand's attitudes.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set individual and team goals, proactively assessing and managing performance.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
- Provide the Country office with product recommendations and feedback based on market and client insights.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership, supporting the team in sales efforts and fostering cross-selling.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Communicate and implement brand standards, policies, and grooming guidelines.
- Support inventory management and workforce planning.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
