1. Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, embodying the brand's core attitudes.
2. Recruit, develop, and secure succession plans for a highly motivated team in collaboration with the Store Manager.
3. Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance proactively.
4. Foster a positive work environment and encourage cooperation within the team and with managers.
5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
6. Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure exceptional client experiences.
7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information effectively to the team.
8. Provide the Country office with product recommendations and market insights.
9. Implement action plans to enhance business and product performance.
10. Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in achieving sales targets.
11. Manage the sales floor efficiently, ensuring Louis Vuitton Promise standards are met.
12. Ensure adherence to brand policies, standards, and grooming guidelines.
13. Assist with inventory management and workforce planning.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
