1. Serve as a brand ambassador, assisting the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
3. Proactively drive the achievement of sales goals.
4. Ensure the delivery of the highest level of client experience.
5. Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance client interactions.
6. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
7. Support and develop team members.
8. Champion a product category, if applicable.
9. Oversee floor management and operations.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
