1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Team Managers to develop strategic initiatives.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
3. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
4. Drive sales goals and enhance client relationships.
5. Identify and recommend products based on client profiles and market trends.
6. Champion specific product categories to enhance market positioning.
7. Oversee store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Hourly rate of USD $32-$37, plus bonus opportunities.
