- Support the Store Manager and Team Manager in cultivating long-term client relationships and exemplifying top performance through clienteling tools.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings and training sessions.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by achieving personal goals and supporting team members in their sales efforts, fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Provide consistent coaching to the team, identifying development and training needs, and suggesting individual action plans.
- Assist the Store Manager in staff planning, including identifying, recruiting, and developing talents, and securing succession plans.
- Lead and motivate the team to drive business, creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Support the Operations team in inventory management.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handle client-related situations.
- Provide the corporate office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge.
- Implement actions and plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven sales and clienteling expertise.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
An hourly rate ranging from USD $36.00 to $39.00, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
