1. Support the Store Manager and Team Manager in cultivating long-term client relationships and exemplifying top performance through clienteling tools.
2. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team through morning briefings and training sessions.
3. Demonstrate sales leadership by achieving personal goals and supporting team members in their sales efforts, fostering cross-selling and client repurchase.
4. Provide consistent coaching to the team, identifying development and training needs, and suggesting individual action plans.
5. Assist the Store Manager in staff planning, including identifying, recruiting, and developing talents, and securing succession plans.
6. Lead and motivate the team to drive business, creating a positive and harmonious work environment.
7. Support the Operations team in inventory management.
8. Establish a client-centric mindset in the store to ensure the highest level of client experience and proactively handle client-related situations.
9. Provide the corporate office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local market knowledge.
10. Implement actions and plans to boost business and maximize product performance through visual merchandising, clienteling, and team animation.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

An hourly rate ranging from USD $36.00 to $39.00, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
