1. Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, embodying its values and ethos.
2. Assist the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing team members.
3. Build and nurture client relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
4. Champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
5. Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to drive business results.
6. Identify and recommend products to clients based on their profiles and market trends.
7. Oversee selling and floor management to optimize client interactions.
8. Support team development and champion specific product categories.
9. Manage operational tasks to ensure store efficiency.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
3. Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from USD $32 to $41, with the opportunity for a bonus.
