1. Serve as a brand ambassador, assisting the Senior Store Director and Team Manager in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
3. Proactively champion the achievement of sales goals.
4. Co-create strategies with the Senior Store Director and Assistant Store Director to enhance client interactions and drive brand loyalty.
5. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
6. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.
7. Support team development and champion a product category if required.
8. Oversee operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
