1. Act as a brand ambassador, assisting the Senior Store Director and Team Manager in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Build and nurture client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
3. Proactively champion the achievement of sales goals.
4. Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance brand loyalty and market positioning.
5. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
6. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.
7. Support and develop team members.
8. Optionally, champion a specific product category.
9. Oversee operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury retail environment.
