1. Serve as a brand ambassador, assisting the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
3. Proactively champion the achievement of sales goals.
4. Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance client interactions and drive brand loyalty.
5. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
6. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.
7. Support and develop team members.
8. Optionally, champion a specific product category.
9. Oversee operational tasks.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
