1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Team Managers to develop and implement effective strategies.
2. Serve as a brand ambassador, enhancing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
3. Drive sales goals and maintain the brand's positioning within the luxury market.
4. Identify and recommend products tailored to client profiles and market trends.
5. Support and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.
6. Champion specific product categories to enhance business results.
7. Oversee operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.

The position offers an hourly rate between USD $32-$37, with the potential for bonuses.
