1. Act as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, assisting the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Build and nurture client relationships to champion the achievement of sales goals.
3. Ensure the delivery of the highest level of client experience in line with the Louis Vuitton promise.
4. Co-create strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers to enhance brand loyalty and market positioning.
5. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
6. Manage client and business development, selling, and floor management.
7. Support team development and champion a product category if required.
8. Oversee operations to drive business results.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
