1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Team Managers to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
2. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive brand loyalty.
4. Champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure exceptional client experiences.
5. Identify and recommend products based on client profiles and market trends.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $32-$37, plus bonus opportunities.
