- Supervise daily activities of Client Advisors managing customer interactions via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Enhance business opportunities and resolve complex client issues while upholding Louis Vuitton Promise standards.
- Create an environment that supports open communication with Client Advisors and provide backup coverage for communication channels as needed.
- Encourage the team through consistent coaching and training to drive business results and foster team spirit and collaboration.
- Establish rapport and ensure strong follow-up skills that contribute positively to peer relationships and provide valuable input.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership roles, preferably within the retail sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solution-oriented approach with creativity in problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment.
- Adaptability in handling ambiguous situations and reacting swiftly to evolving dynamics.
A minimum of 3 years in leadership roles, ideally within the retail sector, demonstrating the ability to guide and motivate teams effectively.
