1. Serve as a brand ambassador, assisting the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring the highest level of client experience.
3. Proactively champion the achievement of sales goals.
4. Co-create strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers to enhance client interactions and drive brand loyalty.
5. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
6. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.
7. Support team development and champion a product category if required.
8. Oversee operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

The appointed candidate will receive an hourly rate ranging from USD $30-$36, along with the opportunity for a bonus.
