1. Act as a brand ambassador and assist the Store Director and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to champion sales goals.
3. Ensure the delivery of the highest level of client experience.
4. Co-create strategies with the Store Director and Team Managers to drive brand loyalty and market positioning.
5. Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
6. Manage selling and floor operations effectively.
7. Support and develop team members.
8. Optionally, champion a specific product category.
9. Oversee operational tasks.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Salary range of USD $30 - $36 per hour, with the opportunity for a bonus.
