- Act as a brand ambassador and assist the Store Manager and/or Team Manager in coaching and developing the team.
- Build and nurture client relationships to foster sales goal achievement.
- Ensure the delivery of the highest level of client experience.
- Support operational duties alongside the Store Manager and/or Team Manager.
- Identify desired products for clients based on individual profiles and market trends.
- Drive business results and maintain market position.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
