1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various profiles, including production and indirect production teams, as well as young talents.
2. Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers, select recruitment sources, conduct telephone and competency-based interviews, and prepare evaluation reports using the STAR methodology.
3. Adapt and implement local employer branding strategies, strengthening relationships with universities and key local entities.
4. Implement defined training actions for the year, including sourcing and validating training providers, co-designing content, planning groups, coordinating training bonuses, and maintaining database records.
5. Conduct career interviews with internal talents, design development plans, and monitor internal talent pipelines for key positions.
6. Propose and implement local projects and actions for talent attraction and development, aligned with the Maison's and Group's Talent strategy.

1. University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related Social Sciences fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and talent attraction and development projects.
3. Fluent in Spanish and either French or English.
4. Willingness to travel between Ateliers in Spain (Barcelona and Girona provinces).

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent management.
