- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various profiles, including production and indirect production teams, as well as young talents.
- Conduct briefings with Hiring Managers, select recruitment sources, conduct telephone and competency-based interviews, and prepare evaluation reports using the STAR methodology.
- Adapt and implement local employer branding strategies, strengthening relationships with universities and key local entities.
- Implement defined training actions for the year, including sourcing and validating training providers, co-designing content, planning groups, coordinating training bonuses, and maintaining database records.
- Conduct career interviews with internal talents, design development plans, and monitor internal talent pipelines for key positions.
- Propose and implement local projects and actions for talent attraction and development, aligned with the Maison's and Group's Talent strategy.
- University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related Social Sciences fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and talent attraction and development projects.
- Fluent in Spanish and either French or English.
- Willingness to travel between Ateliers in Spain (Barcelona and Girona provinces).
- Proficiency in the STAR competency evaluation methodology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment and talent management.
University degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or related Social Sciences fields.
