- Define and execute a targeted talent acquisition strategy to source and recruit high-performing candidates in an engaging and innovative manner.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with educational institutions to build an external pipeline of future retail leaders.
- Enhance efficiency in volume recruitment, data management, and reporting to meet global LVMH talent KPIs.
- Provide regular talent market feedback and competitive insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with Heads of Functions and HRBPs for robust succession planning and retention risk assessments for key roles.
- Maintain a talent database for future pipelining and competitive benchmarking.
- Develop relationships with the global Louis Vuitton Talent Community to support mobilities.
- Educate management on talent acquisition matters and identify potential future leaders.
- Support local leadership development in collaboration with the HR Director.
- Ensure strong ROI analysis for all programs.
- Promote employer branding aligned with LVMH’s Employee Value Proposition.
- Conduct surveys to enhance candidate experience and develop accessible job applications to encourage diversity.
- Collaborate with Retail Learning, Store Managers, and HRBPs for effective onboarding and induction of new starters.
- Proven experience in recruiting volume talent across various roles.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates aligned with brand culture and values.
- Experience in developing and promoting employer branding initiatives.
- Proven experience in implementing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Exceptional communication skills with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
- Ability to analyze data and drive talent decisions.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in talent management or a related field.
