- Champion the rollout of the CAREER COMPASS program in the South Asia region.
- Coordinate OMR and RISE campaigns, serving as the primary contact for local HR teams on core programs such as NOMADES and HORIZONS.
- Monitor progress, track participation, and gather feedback across markets.
- Ensure consistent Talent Acquisition best practices across the region, sourcing candidates through various channels and building proactive talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with local HR teams on Talent Acquisition programs and provide direct recruitment support as needed.
- Support innovative recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Global team.
- Ensure consistent onboarding across markets, adapting global initiatives for local relevance and providing resources for effective onboarding.
- Gather and analyze onboarding feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with local HR to implement regional learning initiatives and support training sessions.
- Track the effectiveness of learning programs through data collection and analysis.
- Collect and analyze regional data related to talent, recruitment, and learning, preparing reports summarizing key findings and progress against KPIs.
- Partner with the Assistant HR Manager to align and coordinate talent-related activities.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, preferably in a regional role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and talent management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and hands-on execution abilities.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Management, preferably in a regional role.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
