Talent Management Project Manager

1. Lead large-scale initiatives to promote talent development within the Maison.
2. Manage cross-functional relationships and coordinate efforts with various HR teams.
3. Prepare and lead talent reviews for key functions in collaboration with HR teams.
4. Train HR teams on the talent review process and support them throughout the campaign.
5. Ensure data accuracy in HRIS for optimal talent review management.
6. Conduct analyses of talent reviews and implement actions for employee development.
7. Contribute to projects supporting career development and international mobility.
8. Act as an ambassador for Talent Management in strategic e-HR projects.
9. Enhance and implement processes, tools, and KPIs to support decision-making.
10. Lead and engage the global Talent Community on Talent Management priorities.
11. Contribute to the onboarding of new Talent Community members.

1. Graduate from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.

1. Strong affinity for data and analysis.
2. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
3. Organized and structured with flexibility and agility.
4. Excellent listening and communication skills.
5. Ability to build trusting relationships and maintain discretion.
6. Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.

At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment. Successful track record in HR project management and international experience is required.

Graduate from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
