Louis Vuitton Talent Management Project Manager

- Lead large-scale initiatives to enhance talent development within the Maison.
- Manage cross-functional relationships and coordination with various HR teams, including HQ HR, industrial HR, regional HR, e-HR, HR Data, Employee Experience, and Engagement teams.
- Prepare and lead talent reviews for key functions, ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS.
- Conduct analyses of talent reviews, identify opportunities, and implement actions to support employee development.
- Contribute to projects supporting career development and international mobility.
- Act as an ambassador for the Talent Management team in strategic e-HR projects.
- Enhance and implement processes, tools, and KPIs to support decision-making and promote mobility.
- Lead and engage the global Talent Community on Talent Management priorities.
- Contribute to the onboarding of new Talent Community members.
- Graduate from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits within an international environment.
- Successful track record in HR project management.
- Strong affinity for data and analysis with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, with a focus on Talent Management or Compensation & Benefits, preferably in an international setting.
Graduate from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources.
