- Assist in the preparation of talent reviews for key functions in collaboration with HR teams.
- Ensure the reliability of HRIS data for effective talent review campaigns.
- Contribute to talent review analyses, identify opportunities, and collaborate with HR teams to implement development actions.
- Support the creation of talent review presentations for Maison and Group leaders.
- Participate in the collection and processing of HR data for Talent Management, Acquisition, and Development.
- Verify data accuracy to ensure reliability.
- Assist in creating reports and analyses to visualize trends and support decision-making.
- Contribute to projects promoting career development and international mobility.
- Enrollment in a business school, university, or equivalent with a strong interest in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in an HR department is advantageous.
- Strong interest in HR project management.
- Proficiency in data analysis and office tools (PowerPoint and Excel).
- Organized, structured, flexible, and agile.
- Proactive with a service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and confidentiality.
- Excellent listening and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is a plus.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have had exposure to an HR department.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
The internship includes two evaluations with the internship supervisor at mid-term and end of the internship to assess skill acquisition. Interns will also participate in an integration day with new joiners to understand the brand's values.
