- Collaborate with the Talent & HR community to design talent management programs aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies to establish career paths and cultivate leadership capacity.
- Create annual training programs and calendars in alignment with business strategy.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
- Project manage all aspects of development programs, including venue management and vendor communications.
- Facilitate workshops and development initiatives, liaising with external training consultants.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and measure outcomes using appropriate metrics.
- Support the annual talent planning and succession campaign, conducting career conversations with leaders.
- Collaborate with HR to identify trends and retain top talent, supporting the Rise platform.
- Ideally 8-12 years of talent development experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization.
- Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Preferably certified in Gallup Strengths, Hogan, Situational Leadership II, or 360 Assessments.
- Agile mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in LMS systems, with 360Learning experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Zoom.
- Skilled in project management and coaching.
- Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, and talent management software.
Minimum 10 years of experience in talent development within a fast-paced, multinational organization.
Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field.
USD $150,000-170,000 gross, with the offer reflecting the skill level of the chosen profile.
