1. Collaborate with the Talent & HR community to design talent management strategies aligned with business priorities.
2. Develop and implement learning and development programs to establish career paths and cultivate leadership.
3. Create annual training programs and calendars in line with business strategy.
4. Partner with global teams on development initiatives and programs.
5. Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
6. Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
7. Facilitate workshops, development initiatives, and leadership programs.
8. Evaluate program effectiveness and measure outcomes using appropriate metrics.
9. Support the annual talent planning and succession campaign.
10. Conduct career conversations with leaders and coach them on mobility within LV & LVMH.
11. Collaborate with HR to identify trends to retain top talent.
12. Support on ad-hoc retail, talent, and leadership development projects within LV & LVMH.

1. Minimum 10 years of HR development experience in a fast-paced, multi-national organization.
2. Certification in Gallup Strengths, Hogan, Situational Leadership II, or 360 Assessments preferred.
3. Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in coaching and experience with LMS systems, preferably 360Learning.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
4. Proficiency in Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, and talent management software.
5. Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Zoom.

Minimum 10 years of HR development experience in a fast-paced, multi-national organization.

Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

Base salary range of USD $145,000-$150,000, with a comprehensive benefits package.
