Louis Vuitton Talent Development Senior Manager

- Collaborate with the Talent & HR community to design talent management strategies aligned with business priorities.
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies to establish career paths and cultivate leadership capacity.
- Create annual training programs and calendars that align with business strategy.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop engaging training programs, workshops, and learning materials.
- Facilitate workshops and leadership programs, liaising with external training consultants.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and measure outcomes using appropriate metrics.
- Support the annual talent planning and succession campaign.
- Conduct career conversations with leaders and coach them on mobility within LV & LVMH.
- Collaborate with HR to identify trends for retaining top talent.
- 8-12 years of HR development experience in a fast-paced, multinational organization.
- Certification in Gallup Strengths, Hogan, Situational Leadership II, or 360 Assessments preferred.
- Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in coaching and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Experience with LMS systems, preferably 360Learning.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Zoom.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research external sources and tools for innovative solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in HR development within a multinational organization.
Formal education in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field.
The salary banding for this role is $145,000-$150,000.
