- Coordinate and optimize the OMR campaign for the headquarters, proposing innovative solutions and preparing summaries.
- Centralize the management of mobility and open positions for headquarters staff, acting as a reference for HR teams.
- Actively participate in Global Talent and Talent Pipelining meetings and organize Cross-OMR meetings to facilitate talent exchanges.
- Lead the strategic 'Job Library' project, establishing a standardized nomenclature of roles and associated skills.
- Develop and implement a compelling communication strategy for the 'Job Library', integrating it with other touchpoints like travel journals and podcasts.
- Ensure ongoing management of the 'Job Library' project, including updating job descriptions.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development Project Manager on mobility and development pathway initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment of the Career Compass, implementing initiatives for internal mobility and promoting diverse career paths.
- Coordinate the implementation of 'Career Meetings' at the headquarters, ensuring every talent has a meeting in 2026.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a generalist HR role and initial experience in HR development.
- Proficiency in HR development processes in large groups, including career interviews, mobility management, and talent management.
- Familiarity with LVMH group processes and vocabulary related to HR development, such as OMR, GKC, CKP, and Career Meetings, is advantageous.
- Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for talent development and personal growth, with curiosity about trends and innovations in development.
- Project management and data analysis proficiency.
- Coaching skills are a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years in Human Resources, enriched by significant generalist HR experience and initial HR development experience.
The position offers a temporary contract for 9 months, starting mid-January 2026, based in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.
