- Participate in Global Talent and Talent Pipelining meetings, organizing Cross-OMR meetings to facilitate talent exchanges.
- Lead transformative projects to modernize career development approaches, including the strategic 'Job Library' project.
- Develop and implement a compelling communication strategy for the 'Job Library', maintaining continuous project management.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development Project Manager on mobility and career development initiatives.
- Oversee the deployment of the Career Compass, promoting diverse career paths and opportunities.
- Coordinate the implementation of 'Career Meetings' to ensure all talents have a career discussion in 2026.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a generalist HR role.
- Proficiency in HR development processes within large groups, including career interviews and talent management.
- Familiarity with LVMH group processes and vocabulary related to HR development is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for talent development and personal growth.
- Curiosity about development trends and innovations.
- Project management proficiency and data analysis skills.
- Coaching skills are a plus.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years in Human Resources, with notable experience in HR development and generalist roles.
