1. Coordinate and optimize the OMR campaign for the headquarters, proposing innovative solutions and preparing summaries.
2. Centralize the management of mobility and job vacancies for headquarters staff, acting as a reference for HR teams.
3. Participate in Global Talent and Talent Pipelining meetings, organizing Cross-OMR meetings to facilitate talent exchanges.
4. Lead transformative projects to modernize career development approaches, including the strategic 'Job Library' project.
5. Develop and implement a compelling communication strategy for the 'Job Library', maintaining continuous project management.
6. Collaborate with the Talent Development Project Manager on mobility and career development initiatives.
7. Oversee the deployment of the Career Compass, promoting diverse career paths and opportunities.
8. Coordinate the implementation of 'Career Meetings' to ensure all talents have a career discussion in 2026.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in a generalist HR role.
2. Proficiency in HR development processes within large groups, including career interviews and talent management.
3. Familiarity with LVMH group processes and vocabulary related to HR development is advantageous.
