- Contribute to the creation and implementation of global Talent Development and Next Generation programs, including Graduate and VIE Programs.
- Support the execution of a global school relationship roadmap.
- Animate a community of Next Generation Talents and HR Ambassadors through communication actions and event organization.
- Assist in defining and analyzing Next Generation related metrics and preparing presentations and reports.
- Conduct competitive intelligence research on HR trends and initiatives.
- Participate in monthly meetings with the international Talent Development community.
- Support the creation and updating of HR development documents and presentations.
- Analyze and monitor key HR indicators to understand talent dynamics.
- Design and implement tools for recurring analyses.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of talent development actions.
- Student in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent.
- Passion for Talent Development and curiosity for HR trends and innovation.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Entrepreneurial approach and attention to detail.
- Team spirit and strong sense of confidentiality.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.
