1. Contribute to the creation and implementation of global Talent Development and Next Generation programs, including Graduate and VIE Programs.
2. Support the execution of a global school relationship roadmap.
3. Animate a community of Next Generation Talents and HR Ambassadors through communication actions and event organization.
4. Assist in defining and analyzing Next Generation related metrics and preparing presentations and reports.
5. Conduct competitive intelligence research on HR trends and initiatives.
6. Participate in monthly meetings with the international Talent Development community.
7. Support the creation and updating of HR development documents and presentations.
8. Analyze and monitor key HR indicators to understand talent dynamics.
9. Design and implement tools for recurring analyses.
10. Measure the effectiveness and impact of talent development actions.

1. Student in Human Resources, Business School, University or equivalent.
2. Passion for Talent Development and curiosity for HR trends and innovation.

1. Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
2. Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Entrepreneurial approach and attention to detail.
4. Team spirit and strong sense of confidentiality.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken; French is a plus.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.
