Louis Vuitton Talent Development Intern

- Assist in organizing and executing Talent Development trainings, workshops, meetings, and panel discussions, including administrative tasks, venue logistics, participant communications, and material preparation.
- Support the sourcing, curation, and distribution of learning materials such as presentations, facilitator guides, training workbooks, and online learning modules.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training programs, including scheduling, tracking attendance, managing participant feedback, and maintaining training records.
- Update and manage the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support the development and maintenance of e-learning modules using various authoring tools and platforms.
- Assist in creating and distributing communication materials related to talent development programs.
- Provide cross-functional HR support as needed.
- Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
- Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
- Passionate about learning, people development, and training programs.
- Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiasm, growth mindset, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Experience with graphic design software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of technology and ability to collaborate with different departments.
No prior professional experience required, but a strong aspiration to build a career in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or related fields is essential.
Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
