Responsibilities
- Provide strategic, end-to-end recruitment to ensure the attraction of talented and high-performing candidates.
- Develop attraction strategies targeting key positions such as Store Managers and Team Managers.
- Track recruitment spend and reduce costs through effective use of job platforms.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Store Leaders to monitor FTE budget and optimize store coverage.
- Source and develop partnerships with educational institutes to build an external talent pipeline.
- Identify improved methods for talent acquisition, such as volume recruitment drives.
- Manage the Talent Connect Attract recruitment platform effectively.
- Achieve Global LVMH Talent KPIs.
- Provide talent market feedback and competitive information to senior leadership.
- Ensure robust succession planning and retention risk checks for key roles.
- Build and maintain a talent database for future pipelining and benchmarking.
- Contribute to leadership reviews for store leadership roles.
- Develop recruitment training for management.
- Update and manage recruitment resources.
- Develop inclusive job advertisements and conduct candidate experience surveys.
- Ensure effective management of recruitment touchpoints and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with Retail Learning and HRBPs for effective onboarding.
- Conduct new starter check-ins.
- Improve employer branding with hiring managers and senior leaders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting volume talent across various roles.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in using data and metrics for recruitment decisions.
- Experience in developing employer branding initiatives.
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
